Before you send anything over.
Both. A single set of copies for a personal file goes through the same intake and checking process as a corporate archive project. There is no minimum order.
Three ways: bring originals to the office in Brașov, arrange a courier pick-up, or send digital files. Physical items are counted and logged on arrival, and you receive a receipt listing what was handed over.
Originals are returned to you. Working copies and digital files are kept only for the period agreed in the engagement — after that they are securely destroyed or deleted. If you want them removed immediately on hand-back, say so in the brief and we will note it.
Yes. We sign your NDA, or provide ours. For work involving personal data we can also put a written data-processing agreement in place before the job starts.
Per page, per hour or per project, depending on the service. You get a written quote before work begins and we do not invoice above it without your approval in writing.
Routine batches are typically back within one working day. Same-day handling is possible for smaller jobs when arranged in advance. Bulk digitisation runs on an agreed schedule with checkpoints.
