Overview

Volume without losing the detail.

Most copy jobs go wrong in the same two places: a set comes back out of order, or the reproduction quality drops on the pages nobody checked. We count on intake, collate on output, and check the run against the brief before anything is handed back.

Bound books, stapled sets, faded originals and identity documents are copied by hand rather than pushed through a feeder — slower, but it is the difference between a usable copy and a damaged original.

Brief & quote

Send the page count, format, colour and finishing you need. You get a fixed per-page or per-job price back in writing.

Intake & count

Originals are counted and logged on arrival. You receive a receipt listing exactly what was handed over.

Run & check

The job is produced, then checked against the brief — order, orientation, colour and finishing all verified before packing.

Hand-back

Finished sets and originals are returned together. Anything you asked to be supplied digitally arrives at the same time.

Questions

Photocopying & Printing — the usual questions.

Yes. Bound volumes are copied by hand on the platen rather than fed through a document feeder. It takes longer and is priced accordingly, but the spine survives.
We produce faithful reproductions and can supply a written statement of the copy count and date. Legal certification of a copy (legalizare) is performed by a notary — we prepare the sets so that step is straightforward.
Runs in the tens of thousands of pages are scheduled over agreed days with checkpoints, so you can see progress rather than waiting for one delivery at the end.
Yes. Say so in the brief and you receive a named, indexed digital set alongside the printed one at a reduced combined rate.
